About us
We have built our foundations on large-scale construction projects for the mining industry, having delivered over 8,000 rooms for companies such as Chevron and Fortescue Metals (FMG).
In 2013, the group shifted focus to land development and started acquiring large parcels of land in Sydney’s Northwest: Rouse Hill, Riverstone, Schofields and Kellyville; with the goal of applying previously attained experience and knowledge to deliver high-quality residential developments and lifestyle communities.
Smart Living Homes aim is to create exceptional living spaces using smart designs plus incorporating new technology to better meet peoples needs.
By the end of 2020, we will build over 400 homes, many of which will incorporate smart technology and allow complete home automation from your mobile phone. Combining architectural design with quality materials and energy efficient technology, our experienced team of professionals deliver unique, easily maintainable solutions to make your dream home a reality.
